Guarantee, Modification, and Cancellation Terms

Since my top priority is ensuring that you are fully satisfied with my work and can use the final images in the most beneficial way for you, I provide a guarantee for my services.

Payment Terms:

• You can secure your photography session by transferring 50% of the selected package price in advance.
• The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 business days before the scheduled photography session.

Guarantee:

I guarantee my work. If you are not satisfied with the final images, you have two options:

1. If you are dissatisfied with specific images, I will redo those images at no additional cost.
2. Alternatively, you can choose a refund of the session fee (excluding any external costs such as studio rental, hairstyling, makeup, stylist, etc.).

However, in the case of a refund, you agree that the delivered images will not be used for personal or commercial purposes, and you acknowledge the legal responsibility for compliance.

I understand that managing daily responsibilities requires significant effort, planning, and energy. I fully respect your time and ask for the same in return. Organizing a photoshoot involves coordinating multiple people and extensive preparation, so clear modification and cancellation terms have been established to ensure predictability. Please only book my services if you accept these terms.

Options for Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 7 business days before the session.
• You are allowed one free rescheduling. Any further rescheduling will incur a fee of 20% of the package price, payable within 3 business days of the change.
• If you request to reschedule within 7 business days before the session, the rescheduling fee will be 20% of the package price.
• If you fail to attend the session, do not request a rescheduling, or do not pay the rescheduling fee, the deposit will not be refunded.

Options for Cancellation:

• You may cancel your appointment up to 10 business days before the session, in which case 25% of your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 10 business days of the session or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.

If an exceptional situation arises that is not covered by the above rules, I reserve the right to make individual agreements.

If, for reasons beyond my control, I am unable to attend the session, I commit to providing a photographer of the same skill level, whom I have fully prepared for the job. Alternatively, we can reschedule the session at no extra cost to a mutually agreed-upon date.

By participating in a photoshoot, you agree that I may share a selection of approved photos on my social media platforms. If you do not consent to this, you must inform me in written before the photoshoot. Please note that once images are shared online, due to the nature of the internet, their complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
